That DS had it coming. . .

This is one my favorite pages by far! Believe it or not, this sequence actually makes sense in context! Above is the original rough draft (with the dialogue erased because I'm a jerk), and below is the unfinished final draft. After it's inked, the backgrounds will be added digitally. Also, am I the only one who thinks the rough draft drawing of Vinny looks like Dr. Doofenshmirtz? 

Now the good Christian boys and girls will have something to DO!

First it was unofficial, then it was unofficially official, then it was official, but now I don't even care. All I'm saying is:

Halloween. 2011.

You should be able to have this comic book in your hands.
No guarantees, as there's still a lot to be done. But if it's not on Halloween, it'll be very, very close to it.

I got a good five pages in this week again, so as of right now, I'm down to just 9 pages to draw. That's not very many.
That means that this beast's gunna be very close to completion (if not entirely done) by the end of September! However, there's still the matter of actually formatting and printing the comic, and undoubtedly having to make a few tweaks. Also, I plan on getting the comic a lot more hype before it comes out. After all this effort, it would suck to have an underwhelming release! But if my incredibly scientific calculations are correct, you can expect a copy in your hands by the end of October!
Also, keep an eye out this month for details on how you can actually pick up a copy!

It's all downhill from here. Ya know, like on a bike... where DOWN is a good thing!

As of this blog post I'm officially done with over half the pages. Oh yes.

Gotta say though, if I actually had a schedule, I'd definitely be behind it. Went for almost a week an a half without a new page after some of that creative high wore off, but I'm back in business now! I'll be at a good steady 3-4 pages a week, assuming school doesn't decide to beat me up.

Also, I know I'm a horrible person for not putting up any exclusive art on this blog, but I'm busy making the actual comic, ya know? There WILL be some good stuff, but not until that percentage hits 100%!
